What we collect

At this stage, StackIntel is in private beta. The information we collect depends on how you interact with the site.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Connected platform credentials

When you connect a third-party SSP account, StackIntel accesses that platform's reporting data via API using secure authentication (such as OAuth), where supported. Credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest. We only request the level of access needed to retrieve reporting data — we do not request permissions to modify your campaigns, inventory or account settings unless a feature explicitly requires it and you've agreed to it.

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time, which revokes StackIntel's access to that account.

Legal basis for processing

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:

Data retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you ask us to delete them or until the beta program concludes, whichever comes first. Once the product launches, account and connected platform data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards as required for legal or operational reasons.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address above.

Cookies

StackIntel currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track individuals across websites. If this changes — for example, if we introduce login sessions or marketing cookies — this policy will be updated and, where required, we'll ask for your consent.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest for sensitive information such as connected platform credentials. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep risks as low as reasonably possible.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
